Step 1 – Template & Measurement
To ensure perfect fitment, we send you a template kit for your vehicle.
You can either:
- Place the template kit underneath your original mats and trace the outline, or
- Trace directly on the vehicle floor if original mats are not available.
This process ensures your mats are tailored precisely to your vehicle’s floor contours, mounting points, and pedal clearances.
Step 2 – Design & Specification Confirmation
Once we receive your template, you will complete a custom design form where you select:
- Base material and colour
- Edge binding colour
- Stitching style and contrast thread colour
- Logo colour and placement
- Custom text or embroidery
Vehicle details and interior trim colour
We will confirm your selections and, where required, provide reference designs or similar pattern examples for approval before manufacturing begins.
Step 3 – Manufacturing & Delivery
After design approval, your mats are handcrafted to order using premium materials and precision stitching.
Typical manufacturing time is 3–4 weeks, depending on specification and complexity.
Once complete, your bespoke mats are quality checked and shipped to you.
