We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, images are for reference only, and slight variations in colour, stitching, materials, and finishes may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen differences.
1.3 Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many AutoStilo products are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

2. Pricing & Payments

Custom-made products typically require 7–14 business days for production. Complex custom projects may require additional time.
3.2 Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
3.3 Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, AutoStilo is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. We will assist with carrier enquiries where possible.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
4.1 Custom Products
Due to the personalised nature of custom products, returns and refunds are not accepted for:

4.2 Defective Products
If a product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details. We will assess and provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
5. Warranty
AutoStilo products are supplied with a limited manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

6. Custom Automotive Components Disclaimer
Certain products supplied by AutoStilo (including electrical harnesses, fuel/oil hoses, intake systems, and fabricated components) may be intended for off-road, motorsport, or enthusiast use only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. AutoStilo is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from improper installation or use.
7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All website content, images, logos, and branding are the property of AutoStilo unless otherwise stated. Any third-party trademarks (e.g., Ferrari®, Porsche®, BMW®) are the property of their respective owners. AutoStilo products are aftermarket and not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
