These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AutoStilo website and the purchase of products from AutoStilo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Use of Website You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to misuse or interfere with the website or its systems.
  2. Products and Services AutoStilo supplies custom automotive interior and performance products, including made-to-order floor mats and bespoke automotive components. Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, materials, and finish.
  3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products Many products are custom-made based on customer specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom products are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing defects. You are responsible for providing correct vehicle and specification information.
  4. Orders and Payments All prices are listed in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch. We accept payment methods available through Shopify checkout.
  5. Shipping and Delivery Custom products typically require 7–14 business days for production. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only. Once dispatched, risk passes to the customer. AutoStilo is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
  6. Returns and Refunds Due to the personalised nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or colour and design preferences. If a product is defective due to manufacturing, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details. We will assess and provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
  7. Warranty AutoStilo provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
  8. Automotive Use Disclaimer Some products, including electrical harnesses, fuel and oil hoses, intake systems, and fabricated components, may be intended for off-road or motorsport use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional. AutoStilo is not liable for damage, loss, or injury arising from improper installation or use.
  9. Intellectual Property All website content, images, text, and branding are the property of AutoStilo unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for compatibility only.
  10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoStilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Western Australia.
